Pinball Hall of Fame Las Vegas

I love pinball. I think it is the only type of arcade game I can stand to play. When I was in vegas last month we spent all day in the Pinball hall of fame it was dark inside but glittered with thousands of little blinking lights and chimes and bells and beeps and the rolling stones. I would give my right arm for the Addam's Family pinball machine.

The graphics on the old machines are especially beautiful. The wooden cabinets are all hand painted and amazing to look at. So if you aren't much of a gamer you will just enjoy looking at the games.

Breakfast of Champions

Chris and I daydream of opening up a B&B pretty much all the time. So in order to keep the dream alive chris has been perfection his breakfast recipes. His omelets are the best I have ever had. And I am not just saying this because he is my husband, because I am one picky breakfast person, I am saying this because they are that good. 

He is still perfecting his pancake recipe, I will show you his amazing stacks of pancakes on a later date.

Cheeze-it Chicken

Chris' Special Cheeze-it Chicken- One of my favorite Dinners of all time. I request this almost every night. He basically just crushes up cheeze-its and breads the chicken like you would with shake and bake or other types of breading. And let me tell you, you need to experiment with different types of cheeze-its this version is using the spicey type. So tastey!
